Permit Purchase & Upload

Before you begin, please make sure you are aware the following:

  • Downloaded and completed the appropriate permit forms.
  • Have your credit card information ready (credit card number, expiry date and CVD).
  • Any supporting documents must have a file size of no larger than 5 MB.
  • Maximum 5 documents per purchase for a total of 25 MB.
  • Upon successful purchase, a receipt will be displayed and a copy emailed to you.

Step 2:Calculate Permit Fee

Once you have all of the information required for your online application, fill out and save the forms to your computer, and scan in all other required forms/documentation.

When you are ready to submit your building permit application:

  • the online application screen
  • Submit payment for requested permit(s)
  • After the payment is processed, upload your permit application and any supporting documents
  • You will receive a receipt at the end of the submission.
